Is AI really transforming management, or is this just more corporate storytelling?

The FORWARD Capsule returns on September 29 for its third edition,
in partnership withANDRH and Albert School, in a brand-new format: a Grand Debate on AI & Management.

Over the course of a morning, in front of 70 HR directors and Learning Department heads, five speakers will share their perspectives and real-world insights on a key issue: the skills of the manager-AI duo that delivers results, what the manager does best with AI, and what only the manager can do without it.

Highlights of this year's event:

  • A networking breakfast with peers
  • The Great Debate: 1 hour and 15 minutes of discussion moderated by Yannick Merciris (ANDRH) and Alice Rogier (NUMA)

Sandrine Girszyn (AXA), Nicolas Pauthier (L'Oréal), Jordan Defas (Doctolib), Angélique Bordas (Transdev), and Hugo Perrier (Partoo) will speak candidly about how they have redefined the value of their managers in the age of AI.

Four key questions at the heart of the discussions:

  • How AI Frees Up Managers' Time in Their Day-to-Day Work, and How to Turn That Into a Collective Advantage
  • Skills That Gain Value as Everything Else Becomes Automated
  • What Sets Managers Who Excel with AI Apart from Those Who Simply Use It
  • What this means in practice: prioritization, decision-making, and team leadership

The Great Debate is for you if:

  • Your managers are already using AI, and you want to turn these applications into a real competitive advantage
  • Are you looking for concrete, real-world insights that can be directly applied?
  • Do you want to leave with a strong sense of purpose and a framework to help guide the evolution of your managers' roles?

This is a 100% in-person event in Paris from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Each registration request is reviewed by our team before being approved.
