Yeita: Collective, transparency, total autonomy… how far should we push innovation?

In this episode of *Pieds dans le Plat*, Claudio Vandi welcomes Pauline Egea, the co-founder of Yeita, a company designed to serve as a true laboratory for new ways of working. When she first started working in a corporate environment, Pauline quickly became disillusioned.

She quickly went on to co-found her own company and wanted to shape it in her own image. And since she was at it, she figured she might as well go all in. So she experimented. The result? She completely reimagined the rules of the game in the workplace: radical transparency, maximum autonomy, shared decision-making… Traditional management norms were turned upside down.

But here’s the thing: when you experiment, you also run into a few roadblocks. Not everything worked out on the first try. And that’s exactly what she shares with us, unfiltered, in this new episode.

On the program:

  • Why she wanted to break away from traditional management models (drawing inspiration from team sports as well)
  • How to achieve true transparency without causing discomfort
  • Practical experiments at Yeita: pay scale, collective fund, assigned roles…
  • The mistakes and “misguided ideas” encountered along the way
  • And finally, how to strike a balance between autonomy, teamwork, and the need for high performance

Enjoy!
