How do you manage new generations?

In this new episode of Les Pieds dans le Plat, Claudio Vandi interviews Agathe de Carpentier, Business Partner at Havas International.

The quest for meaning, accelerated cycles, telecommuting and unemployment: it's fair to say that the new generations' relationship with work has changed.

Work is no longer purely lucrative. Not only must it enable us to practice a passion-craft, but it must also fit in perfectly with our new lifestyle choices. Work no longer dictates our lives, but vice versa.

At Havas International, Agathe de Carpentier manages 8 people, all under the age of 35. As a result, she's witnessed this evolution on a daily basis. So, in this new episode, she agreed to share her observations of the last few years with us. On the program:

  • Why are new generations looking for meaning?
  • What's changing in their day-to-day management?
  • How has the COVID-19 crisis affected all this?
  • The need for collaborative management to let everyone have their say.
  • Acceleration of cycles to keep pace with these new practices.
  • How do you recruit and retain them?

All this, of course, without value judgments, but with the desire to understand and learn from them!

Enjoy!
