The program:
- AI and judgment: using AI while maintaining control over reasoning and decisions.
Examples of tools: Biases: confirmation bias, halo effect
The R.A.P. model: Slow down, Analyze, Take a position
- Challenger: distinguishing facts, assumptions, andinterpretations
Examples of tools : Critical analysis of a deliverable produced with AI
- Taking a step back from the use of AI
Examples of Tools : “Automate/Co-produce/Keep human” matrix
When you leave this workshop, you will know :
- Using AI without delegating your judgment: be aware of the main biases associated with the use of AI, frame your reasoning, and take a stand.
- Challenge AI-generated outputs: distinguish between facts, assumptions, and interpretations, and avoid superficial analyses. Develop perspective among peers and colleagues.
- Take a step back and consider the use of AI within your team or organization: what should be automated or co-constructed, and what should remain human.
This will help you to :
- Avoid superficial analysis: AI produces quickly and efficiently, but can give the illusion of depth without genuine reflection.
- Protect the quality of your decisions in a context where pressure, speed, and information overload can cloud judgment.
- Cultivate your curiosity, refine your judgment, and strengthen your independent thinking, while stimulating those of your peers and teams.
