Pedagogical objectives
Atthe end of this course, participants will be able to:
- Use AI without delegating their judgment.
- Challenge AI-generated content without disrupting momentum.
- Take a step back and consider the use of AI within their team or organization.
The program
1. AI and judgment: Learning to use AI while maintaining control over reasoning and decisions. Identifying biases that can alter analysis: confirmation bias, halo effect.
Tool: the R.A.P. model (Slow Down, Analyze, Take a Position)
2. Challenging AI outputs: Knowing how to distinguish between facts, hypotheses, and interpretations in an AI-generated deliverable.
Example: critical analysis of an AI-generated deliverable.
3. Take a step back from the use of AI: Question the place of AI within your team or organization: what can be automated, co-produced, or must remain human.
Tool: the "Automate/Co-produce/Keep human" matrix.
When you leave this workshop, you will know :
- Become aware of the main biases associated with the use of AI, frame your reasoning, and take a position.
- Distinguish between facts, assumptions, and interpretations, and avoid superficial analyses. Develop perspective among peers and colleagues.
- Knowing what should be automated or co-constructed and what should remain human.
This will help you to :
- Avoid superficial analysis: AI produces quickly and efficiently, but can give the illusion of depth without genuine reflection.
- Protect the quality of your decisions in a context where pressure, speed, and information overload can cloud judgment.
- Cultivate your curiosity, refine your judgment, and strengthen your independent thinking, while stimulating those of your peers and teams.
