In this first episode of "Pieds dans le Plat", the podcast that asks managers straightforward questions about their experiences, Claudio welcomes Augustin Tiberghien.

Augustin served as Head of Customer Success for France at Spendesk. Over the course of three years, he went from managing a team of five to leading a team of more than 30. This rapid growth required him to constantly adapt his management style.

His team has expanded rapidly, but Augustin has never put aside his empathy, a quality he fully embraces in his role as manager, whether during great successes or more difficult times.

Augustin tells us how he has followed the evolution of his team without ever denying his empathy, fully assumed!
