Our 3 pedagogical pillars

We are not content aggregators but creators of original content. Like a media, our objective is to bring the most essential information by capturing the interest of participants from the very first minutes. Our pedagogical design is 100% user centric.

Our content creators are professionals who have recent field experience and/or still have an operational role. They are therefore naturally able to project themselves into the content by asking themselves "what would I have liked to know when I was in this situation in order to do better".

A framing stage with a peer, also with recent field experience and/or an operational role, to set the expectations he or she would have of a workshop on such a subject.

Validation of all our content by a "No bullshit committee" made up of NUMA management who put themselves "in the shoes of the learners" to challenge the usefulness and actionability of each of the practices shared.
