Let's invent
the future of work

NUMA accelerates the skills of those who are seeking to build future-proof companies.

Since our founding, over 300 companies - amongst which industry leaders and hundreds of startups - have trusted us to renew their working methodologies and to transform their businesses.

We are convinced that learning must be brought at the speed of business. Our conviction : the digital transformation of companies depends on their capacity to acquire new skills.

To face the digital transformation of the work landscape, developing new skills appears to be a sustainable way for companies to maintain a competitive advantage.

NUMA deploys today a core offer of collaborative, engaging and actionable trainings, focused on our six core competencies : innovation, digital marketing, management, product, customer success and sales.
