Inventing
the future of work

NUMA trains the participants in company transformations.

More than 300 organisations - including the leading companies on the French CAC 40 and hundreds of start-ups - have trusted us to renew their work methodologies and transform their businesses.

Vision

We believe that vocational training must run at the same speed as businesses. Our conviction: in order to transform, organisations must acquire new expertise.

Confronted with the way that digital technology is transforming professions, developing skills seems to be the sustainable way for companies to prepare for the changes in their sector and to guarantee the employability of their staff.

Mission

NUMA now offers a range of training courses that are interesting, collaborative and with practical value on six core business areas: innovation, digital marketing, management, UX, customer success and sales.

Our history

NUMA’s story began with the opening of the first coworking space in Paris, then with the launch of the first acceleration programme for start-ups in France. This means that we can now deploy an original approach to learning experiences.
NUMA assists entrepreneurs and innovators in companies by helping them to renew their work methodologies and to develop a competitive advantage on their market. Anticipating future ways of working is built into NUMA’s DNA.
